If life’s adventures find you somewhere elsewhere outside of Charleston, consider the following guides. These are hard working kayak fishing guides that I feel comfortable recommending to you.
Kayak Fish PA, LLC – Pennsylvania
Juan Veruete is a fellow Pro Staffer at
KayakBassFishing. He is a terrific fishing guide and teacher who really knows central Pennsylvania. Smallmouth or largemouth trips in PA; Juan is your man. Check him out at
Kayak Fish PA, LLC or on
Facebook
Georgia River Pirate – Georgia
Randy Vining is another fellow Pro Staffer at
KayakBassFishing. Randy the “River Pirate” targets Georgia’s river bass: Shoal, Spotted and Largemouth. A great fisherman and teacher, he’s got central Georgia wired.
Robert Vaughn – South Carolina
Robert Vaughn is a friend from South Carolina and a fellow member of the
Hook1 Crew. He is a talented guide and teacher. He and Joanne are Certified SCDNR Fishing Instructors, they introduce people to fishing and the great outdoors by starting from knot tying, rod rigging, the types of fish and how to catch them, we show them places to go and how to obtain loaner gear from DNR, and we promote catch and release.
Robert has attracted several top shelf sponsors including Columbia Sportswear, FINS Fishing Premium Superlines, and Okuma, just to name a few.

Rory Gregg – Florida
As the son of famed Hobie Regional Pro, Frank “The Mayor of Chicopit” Gregg, Rory Gregg was seemingly destined to be a waterman. An accomplished professional angler in his own right, Rory has demonstrated a true dominance in numerous tournaments, including a top ten finish on the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour. When not chasing the next redfish slam, he can be found spending time with his family, penning articles for Void and GAFF magazines, guiding clients, and promoting both the Hobie brand and kayak angling lifestyle through seminars and online forums.

Mark Lozier – Virginia Beach
[/one_half]
Mark has been fishing the salt waters of Virginia Beach and the lower Chesapeake Bay for nearly 20 years now. He is a Native Watercraft and Daiwa endorsed guide and can be found targeting several of his favorite inshore species from Native Kayaks.
Some of the fish you are likely to catch when you book a trip with Mark are Redfish, Trout, Stripped bass, flounder and many others. Sharing techniques for light tackle fishing for the beginner to the seasoned angler is something he enjoys most about guiding and fishing from a kayak. Mark is also active in the Heroes On The Water organization, which takes wounded service members fishing. Besides for paddling for Native Watercraft, Mark is also on the Pro staff for Marsh Works Inshore Tackle, Werner Paddles, Columbia clothing and a Hook1 Crew member.
